I am now on my second hot-end and my problem continues.

When I print I get a few minutes into it and then the plastic just stops coming out of the extruder. The extruder motor will then dig a hole in the filament.

I got a little better results when I set my speeds to 30 instead of 60. I also set the extrusion multiplier to 0.7. I saw a video where a guy was calibrating his extruder and ran 100 mm through at full speed. I cannot run more that 2mm at a time or the gear digs a hole in the filament.

When I set the temperature to 200 it seems like the extrusion works a little better but eventually the control of the temperature freaks out and it spikes up to 215 and then turns off.

I have not been able to printout more than 4-5 prints since I got the thing because of this problem. Has anybody seen this?

I was thinking maybe the temperature read back from the extruder wasn't right or something.

Thanks for any help.
