A picture or a video would be helpful.
Mostly I agree with the previous responses. May be you don't have a tension adjustment but then there is a spring that applies the tension of the bearing to the filament. Its only purpose is to hold it tight against the drive gear. If it is too loose the filament will slip and if it is to tight it will pinch the filament.
With your hot end up to temp you should be able to open the tension arm and push filament down through fairly easily. Then try extruding and if it is still slipping try adding some tension to the arm. You could put a spacer on one end of the spring to add tension.
If none of the above is the problem then you either have a temperature issue or your nozzle is clogged again.

Don't have either, but if I'm not mistaken they use an L-shaped pivot arm with a vertical spring load on one side. Can you pinch the lever down (as if you were going to load filament) and does the arm pivot freely?

So I have been very busy since I posted this and am now just getting back to. I have no idea how to do this on my printer. The WB and WB apprentice do not have the same assembly as the other SD's and I cannot find documentation for this.

Does anyone have one of these printers that could help me out?

So I thought the nozzle was clogged. So I took it all apart and cleaned it out good. I put it back together and the feed wheel is still grinding the filament instead of feeding it into the extruder. I am using ABS. I tried samples from 4 different rolls even including a brand new one that had not even been open. Also to rule out it is not the filament being pulled to tight or knotted up as I tried even just a small snipping and it would do the same thing.
