I cut it into 4-5 sections using Netfabb, then enlarged those  4x (I think). I then worked to reduce the file sizes to about 23 MB (Davinci otherwise crashes) using Simplify3D by reducing the infill to about 8%, saving material and time, but makes the model a bit brittle.

Used two printers simultaneously (the 1.0 and Duo) printing for about 40 hrs. Make sure they are on a UPS just in case of a freak storm. I had one leg print fail because of a power loss, restarted and need to shorten the leg section by about 3-4 mm to be proper. Now each printer has its own dedicated UPS. Glued it temporarily for now since it helps with the anger management when something fails on the Duo to look at that model and see what nice things it can create. Somehow looking at it is nicer than looking at model trains wagons and locomotive shells.

I will publish the STL's once I get home. There are still issues with the hair that I need to resolve and sand the joints on the body, put some plastic model filler then paint.

It is a fake gun, a cigarette lighter that I was using to set the heatshrink while I was soldering the connection to the new power supply. Why ? Because the original power supply is too weak to work properly with the upgraded bed filament that replaced the one that failed. Yes, 10W extra apparently create a problem.
