I called solidoodle to see if they had replacements they do not. However they have offered to help . I send my printer to them at my cost they will replace the board and make sure its calibrated properly then ship it back. i'm going to package it up tomorrow and send it out tomorrow

I hope they get you taken care of quickly.

That said, it is still worth it to pick up a ceramic screwdriver (or a set) to have on hand for future use.

the vrefs on my SD4 were way out of adjustment - especially the extruder! it was nearly 4 times what it was supposed to be.

"Popped off" sounds a bit dire - the SD boards have the stepper drivers incorporated, while other solutions use the Pololu-style carrier boards that can be replaced (adjustment knob and all).

If it's not working, you'll need a new board.

See if radio shack has plastic screwdrivers - might be helpful for next time! smile

or maybe atleast 1 stepper controller and maybe more competence tongue

There are many to choose from
Ramps
Rambo
Azteeg
Rumba
along with many others.
I guess you need to ask yourself if you are trying to upgrade as long as you find yourself in this situation?
Than I would go Rumba or Azteeg x3
