Well, it isn't exactly fully planned or anything yet :-), but I'm leaning towards v-slot extrusions for the rails I want things rolling on, and cheaper t-slot for the parts that are just structural.

The odds are very high that this just means I'll accumulate a lot of parts and never get around to having a working printer, but you never know :-). Should be more fun than merely modifying my SD2. Thought about building a delta because I love watching them in operation, but the core xy mechanism was even more appealing.
