It's the same cartridge I've used for multiple prints so far, mostly simple things sliced by the XYZ Program which all printed fine. Guessing it's something to do with Slic3r and maybe the XYZ Software transmitting the files incorrectly?
Might try downgrading the firmware, my printer is new and running 1.0.1 (?).

Got a small problem with print quality and not sure what could be the problem.
I've had my DaVinci 1.0 For about a month now, using Slic3r for the gcode and XYZ Software to print.
Belt tension is good and I have hot glue gunned the loose brass bushings on both Z and Y Axis, print bed is solid and calibrated too.
The item I am printing has been created in 123D Design and printed before successfully with the XYZ Software.

Brief Scli3r Settings from memory (Will post screenshots later when home).

Layer height is 0.1mm
Bed temp 100, then 95 after 1st layers.
Extruder temp is 230 then 225
Extrusion Multiplier is 0.90 (Works well for my other prints).
Print speeds are low, 30 or lower.

STL File has been passed through STL Repair (netfabb) as well.
Any help is much appreciated.
