<![CDATA[SoliForum - 3D Printing Community — Solidoodle X-Axis "Grinding" - Video]]> https://www.soliforum.com/topic/10362/solidoodle-xaxis-grinding-video/ Wed, 18 Mar 2015 14:55:06 +0000 PunBB <![CDATA[Re: Solidoodle X-Axis "Grinding" - Video]]> https://www.soliforum.com/post/90006/#p90006 I've had something similar occur.  My prints occasionally shifted in the x-axis direction and I witnessed the Y-axis belt, on the left side, bind and jam movement.  Throwing the print off.  I investigated an the belt on the left is much loosed than the right.  There is a clamp that secures the belt, but one part is loose and will not hold the belt securely.  I think this may be part of the issue.  PART of the issue.  There are a lot of issues.  Not sure how to fix it.  I have a service request in but don't expect much of a response.

you can't print without an X-axis!

I pressed the "X" axis button to only go one direction...instead it started going
back/forth.

Besides throwing this machine in the river...any solutions?
