Using a Solidoodle 3 (PLA from FoxSmart, clean glass bed). I recently tried printing the set of test objects in the "Make 2015 3DP Test Probes". [Google it, the forum won't allow me to post a link.]

Extruder: 185, Bed: 65, mix of Sli3er and Cura, mix of 0.1 and 0.2 layers.

1. Dimensional Accuracy: 4

Average deviations in X/Y were certainly under 0.2 mm, but I can't read any more accurately on my calipers. Using sli3er there are some obvious z-ribs (not z-wobble) so there may need to be some adjustments to layer height to clean it up the rest of the way.

2. Bridging Performance: 2

Sagging infill on top two bridges. The tops of each bridge are clean, so the sagging is n't so bad that it can't recover. This was printed using Cura on medium speed. Adding a fan to cool the filament as it is extruded would really help on this one. Slowing down the print and using larger filament sizes might help as well.

3. Overhang Performance: 4

No dropped loops, no dropped perimeters. The 60 and 70 degree angles were visibly rougher than the backs of the other angles.

4. Negative Space Tolerances: 3

Three of the pins came out. Cura did a better job on this than Sli3er, but it appears that Cura does not retract as well as sli3er, which led to bridges that held in the last two pins. I think I can get to a 4 or 5 with more adjustments of speed and extrusion.

5. Find Positive Space Features Performance: 3

There are a few fine whispies between spires, so by the definitions this has to be a 3. Otherwise quality when printed with 0.1 was excellent. Some visible z-ribs, so further adjustments necessary to get higher than a 4.

6. Mechnical Resonance in XY: 2

Sli3er smoked cura on this one. I tried printing both the thick and thin walled ones. Sli3er had no visible rippling on the tick walled one and barely visible ripples near the notch and one corner in the one with 0.1 walls. Speed and flow settings need significant adjustment before Cura can handle this - blobs, lifted corners, blobs near corners and notch.

7. Mechanical Resonance in Z: 2

Very straight. No loss of registration, no ripples. Sliced with Cura at 0.1975.
