			<description><![CDATA[<p>Yes youre correct&nbsp; - Z offset wrong way.</p><p>But it had a problem I wasnt aware of.</p><p>First off, the heated glass cracked. <br />While adjusting the bed, after a new glass,&nbsp; had a prob w/ the RS adjuster. <br />The bed would adjust, but after a 2nd calibration it was off.<br />Removed the bed The threaded adjusting stud was loose. <br />Underneath, the nut that locks it into place had loosened out its holder.<br />Tighten all studs and locked w/ super glue.</p><p>Printed a 20mm box - perfect. No Z offset.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Are you sure the Z offset is for the first layer only?? Normally there&#039;s a separate one for the 1st layer also is the repetier firmware any good? Is there any links I could read up on it might want to flash my printer to that but unsure on it</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>A negative Z offset means your nozzle is moving closer to the print bed to start with.&nbsp; The smaller gap between the nozzle and the bed is causing material to be squeezed out, overlapping each other and causes lumps/clumps.&nbsp; This goes away after the 2nd layer.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Could it be your Z offset?? looking at that your nozzle would be 0.1mm in to your job which could cause it??? </p><p>Just a suggestion I&#039;m more clued up on CNC Milling so might be wrong.. only started this hobby of mine in November/December so still learning</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>The 1st layer of infill is rough, choppy, bumpy. The perimeters are smooth.<br />Subsequent infill layers drag thru, smoothing somewhat.<br />Top infill not as rough, 60 grit sandpaper rough. Perimeters are smooth.</p><p>DAV 1.0<br />Repetier FW<br />ABS <br />ABS Slurry<br />.3 layer ht - .35 1st layer ht<br />Bed- 110 / 110<br />Extruder- 223 /223<br />Ext Multiplier- 0.91<br />Speed- Infill- 35mm/s<br />Speed- Solid Infill- 30mm/s<br />Infill Extrusion Width- 90%<br />1st Layer Speed- 20mm/s<br />Z Offset-&nbsp; -0.1 mm</p><p>Tried many different combos. Cant seem to correct it.</p><p>Any suggestions ?</p>]]></description>
