I believe you are using the new board REV CA   from what I see of your board  they are not the same   The jumpers pins are in the right lower corner of main chip and reset button is in the lower left corner of the board below SD card slot on my board. A picture of your whole board might help

-JP1 is the boot jumper

go to load the new firmware via BootloaderHID and this is what i get in the command prompt.

on the wiki that im following it states that you need to press the RESET button on the board, but there isnt one.  so im lost.
