			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Thanks guys, I guess I&#039;ll start the process of a charge back. I never heard of it before but looks like there&#039;s a first time for everything. I really don&#039;t feel they deserve a threat of doing it. They didn&#039;t refund in time as they stated in their policy and I already sent them emails wanting an update. I&#039;m glad it&#039;ll cost them something for wasting my time and sitting on my money.</p>]]></content>

I have an AMEX and they&#039;re pretty strict about not protecting purchases over $300 in my experience (if you made the purchase and someone didn&#039;t, say, steal your card).</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Like many others, I&#039;ve resorted to having to come to the forums to raise a fuss. My emails are not responded to. I was emailed on January 20th that I would receive a refund in 10-15 business days... today is day 19. First, why does it take 10-15 business days? The product hadn&#039;t even shipped yet (no surprise) and yet it takes at least 10 days? I&#039;m sorry but I&#039;m just glad to finally be done with this company. This is the first time I&#039;ve vented online about my frustration having been one of the first to pre-order followed by a 3 and half month wait for a product that was to ship in 6-8 weeks.</p><p>Please take care of this. I can&#039;t believe it&#039;s this hard to get my money back for a product that never left your warehouse. Unprofessional doesn&#039;t begin to describe how I feel.</p>]]></content>
