Duel extruders  and no mods under $1000 sounds like a flashforge wood box machine.  they are good machines. I have a friend that has one and likes it.  He also has an original ultimaker.
the model is creator . if you are a gambling man you can get  metal frame "Parts" machines on E bay but is a gamble may work out of the box may need a little or a lot of repair.

I wil go for the ultimaker 2. Alot more expensive. But its really good. Can i get dual extruders on it thoug?

How much are you willing to fuss with it?  SD4 can produce great results... but only after spending some time tweaking, modding, etc.   This varies from a few hours to months depending on the person and the luck of the draw.  If you like that sort of this then it is a great choice for the price and you will learn a lot along the way.  If, however, you just want it to print then I would steer clear of all solidoodle products and spend the extra $ on something a bit more polished.
