			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Whenever you upgrade/change/install XYZ firmware, you absolutely MUST do a new calibration.<br />Failure to do so invariably results in the kind of results you report.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Firmware version 1.2.3<br />XYZ Software version 1.2 (1C1394) (downloaded &amp; installed today) </p><p>update: I got the file to start printing, I is&nbsp; 1.5 hour job. I left the room for 30 minutes, when I came back the bottom plate was printed, and there was an error on printer screen. without thinking I hit &quot;ok&quot;.</p><p>the printhead seemed stuck and there was awful noise as the belts tried to move the head.</p><p>I turned off the machine, pushed down on the build plate and was able to free the printhead. It was as if the plate was too high?</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I am not sure if this will help but you are running XYZWare 1.0.6 and the newest version in in fact XYZWare 1.2. If you can not see this as an option inside your current XYZWare I advise you to try to download the newest version directly from the XYZ website. I have not used 1.0.6 but at the moment right now I have just updated to XYZWare 1.2. The last version I used was 1.1.1 and it worked fine for me. It worth a shot to download the newest version.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Today, when I was asked if i wanted to &#039;upgrade&#039; my XYZ software. I did.</p><p>It &#039;quit unexpectedly&#039; every time i select print. I tried several files and settings with no success. Frustrated, I uninstalled the new, reinstalled the original XYZ program from the CD. (installed 1.0.6)</p><p>Now, it gives me a 0007 error, asking to reinstall the cartridge...again and again ....</p><p>It is my original cartridge that came with the machine. Which unil the first error 0007, I haven&#039;t touched.</p>]]></content>
