Also, have you tried other models?  I'd probably try a test cube to see if it prints higher without issues.

I've been trying to print this ring part, and it prints fine for the first 6-8mm but then gains an offset. In the case of the left part, it looks like a constant offset each layer.

I have to think it's either a loose set screw or something that causes an axis to miss steps every layer.
