Go to a beauty supply store. It's cheap there and should be 100%. They use it in the custom nail industry.

Remove the fan and heater. The heater is held in by a set screw loosen it and the heater will slide out. The thermistor can stay in, acetone won't harm it.

You cant remove the nozzle. it is part of the entire heat block. You have to take the head apart then remove the electrical components and soak the metal in acetone.


Doing this as we speak.

How may I go about removing the electronics?
