On top of that, the description is in engrish, so likely the manual will be too.

I do notice the circuit board is open so a box enclosure would be in order also if you are planning on abs a full enclosure would be a good idea.
you may also want to consider a delta/Kossel  they print faster a lot of people like them and some do not. 
I think a lot of the frustration with any printer is the learning curve and the trend to make the adorable and still sturdy and reliable.

And where you want a printer to ship from . Here in the USA I have seen I3 kits for $ 319 plus $15 shipping.  and deltas for $399 plus shipping. 

but not a good deal if you have to pay $200 for overseas shipping.
