			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Thanks! I haven&#039;t had any problem since I started checking them with Netfabb. It appears that Creo Direct is a little unreliable on exporting 3D printer ready STL files - apparently not uncommon for CAD programs. Otherwise Creo Direct is free and powerful.<br />Done multiple similar models since then and everything is going well.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I had the same problem, I just rotated the print 90 degrees so the letters are vertical instead of horizontal I attached the file I used if that helps any.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>It was with a different model - same process and programs. I am assuming there was just an error somewhere in Illustrator -&gt; DWG -&gt; Creo -&gt; STL. Plenty of transitions and translations to mess up!</p>]]></content>

Discovered one of the rods on the z axis was bent and cuasing my models to have a slight curve on the front portion. I pulled the rod today and am taking it to work tonight to have it a new one cut to the same size. I will get it back in after work and try your print. </p><p>I can tell you I tried once to print the one piece crescent wrench which has raised letter like your card and they did not print on stock software either. I don&#039;t think the stock software and slice can interpret those raised letters correctly.</p>]]></content>

If possible post your gcode as well. </p><p>As long as you keep or have a copy of the original firmware they cannot tell if you change it or not. So you could jailbreak it and then if you need to return it just put the old firmware back in.</p>]]></content>

Thanks in advance!</p></blockquote></div><br /><br /><br /><p>Have you made any changes to the software since the successful print? .07 inches is about 1.75mm so is no reason it should get cut off unless you are instructing it to do so somehow which I don&#039;t think is possible with stock software. Try switching to better quality and see if it works. What layer height are you trying to print at?</p><p>Not to nitpick but it is also best if you use millimeters for your measurements since that is what the printer is set up for by default and most of us use and stay with that convention even if in the US.</p>]]></content>
