And as a final update concerning the drip pan and metal strips not hitting the nozzle on the Y movement, I have that fixed as well. I took off the right side of the case, loosened the bolts that were holding it on and applied pressure in a "up" direction as I re-tightened them. Seems to be working fine now.

Hopefully some of this will be help someone else in the future.

As a followup and (hopes that it might help others that have this issue), I believe I have solved the issue by following the instructions in this post:

http://voltivo.com/forum/davinci-peersu … rt=20#2606

My theory is that since the right side belt was so loose out of the box and given that I had already started a print prior to seeing this, the belt slipped a tooth or two.

Still not sure why the cleaning wipe metal strips are too low. I am going to print off a .75mm rectangle and just put in under the drip box to raise it up just a tad.

So my 1.0 was having just enough issues (I'm now wondering if what was shipped to me was a refab as opposed to new) that i opted for a replacement from Amazon. It came yesterday and it is the new 1.0a model. Got everything set up and was doing a test print and noticed the right side belt was visibly loose. I went ahead and tightened it up and thought I better do some "test" circles which came out horrible. Decided to tighten all belts and noticed the motor on the right side seemed loose. Ultimately, if there was a screw on either side, I went ahead and tightened it down. When all of this was done, circles are better but not perfect. I looked as best I could and don't think I have a broken bearing holder...but may need to take them off to make sure. Not sure what else could be causing the circles to not be perfect (I am comparing to a print I did on the other printer that had them perfect).

Also, the cleaning wipe when going the Y direction does not hit the metal strap anymore. It does on the X, but just barely. Anyone had this issue yet?
