			<title type="html"><![CDATA[Da Vinci 1.0 - How to package for a return (for a new one)]]></title>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Quick question. So I have until 1/31/15 to return the printer per Amazon. I am having just enough issues that I think I want to swap it out for a (hopefully) better working unit. The packaging had two heavy duty plastic straps that needed to be cut in order to open the box. My question is how will I send this one back as I don&#039;t have access to the plastic straps. How have others packed it to send it back? </p><p>Thanks in advance for any advice.</p>]]></content>
