What type of nylon? I exclusively use taulman's bridge nylon. Granted I have not tried any others but everything I read tells me that there is no need to as bridge is so easy to work with and makes great looking prints. I print it at 245 C and the same speeds as ABS but with a 60 C heated glass bed with a thin coat of purple glue stick. I have noticed minor corner warping on long prints with sharp corners only if I use a saved G code from ABS where the bed is set to 100 C. So, in my experience, it doesn't like the bed to be too hot and 60C is fine.

Here's a dyed bridge nylon print that I just ran last night, took about 6 hours. No warping at all.

I have had good luck printing on a glass bed, with elmers white glue, my temp about 80. The idea is to avoid heat shock from the change from a hot extrude to a cold print. I use 80c because it's just above the glass transition temp of nylon. In technical terms it's the point above which nylon or any filament gets gooy . Good luck there are to types of consultants those that help and those that talk about helping.

Print on a piece of wood. But yeah, have a search there's plenty of info.

It has been discussed extensively, have you tried searching? Or even maybe just looking in the "Filament" section, where you'll find a sticky entitled "Nylon"???

i have printing with Nylon filament,I have tried everything I can think of and can't get it to stay stuck to the bed. It keeps curling up at the edges after the first couple of layers and then just comes loose.

I found the good extrusion temp is 225c for my printer, tried 110c on the heatbed, 65c, no heat, fan and no fan, etc. Can't get it to stay stuck.

I am using Kapton tape.

I got this filament to print the parts for a new 3d printer I am building and can't even get one z-axis motor mount made.

Any guys has met this problem?
