I have posted here the 2 parts that needed cleaning, the chest and torso. The rest of the parts are either OK as is, or have only minor errors (like degenerate faces), which do not affect the ability to slice the part.
So if you want to print this model, download the the original from Thingiverse, then download the 2 parts I posted here, and you're good to go.

]]>This particular part was a bi*ch to figure out, I almost gave up on it, but eventually found the problem.
The error is once again a part of a face folding back and intersecting itself. Here is the repair.
Like the other part, this one had over 40,000 invalid orientations. after I found the part, I had to delete an entire strip of triangles from the right leg socket. There is a crease there where the round socket and the outer body shell meet. That crease was the problem.
Once that was area was removed, the invalid orientations went away. At this stage I had to options to close the holes automatic (close all holes) or manual. Manually stitching each triangle would have produced a more accurate surface, but the automatic repair was good enough, considering how small the area is and that it's nearly invisible anyway.
All the other parts are OK, or have very minor errors (mostly degenerate triangles), which can be handled by NetFabb's automatic repair, or simply ignored.
Have fun printing this model. I'll give it a shot too, as soon as I get my printer back on line (waiting fr my GT2 sprokets).

]]>The only problem I'm having so far, is that the hands and wrists, once you remove the support, are a little too loose. So I'll probably have to insert some kind of thin piece of rubber between the parts, to increase the friction.
Next up are the legs. At the rate I'm printing those, it looks like the lower legs, thighs and hips will probably take another 14-15 hours to print. So far I have 20+ hours in it, since I'm printing at 0.1mm layers and medium speed for better quality.
