Thanks everyone for your input. I just emailed XYZ's support about the issue. I will come back with their answer hopefully sooner than later. Their support has been good so far.
By the way Carl, I think you are right about better printing with natural. This is the first thing I noticed when I looked at the print.

Happy printing and if anyone have somehing to add, do not hesitate.

Probably just a labeling issue still. If it has an off white near cream color it is natural. By the way natural filament is the best to print with and give the best results in most vendors as the pigments are what causes issues. Natural has no pigments added.

You normally get white for your starter and it is bleached bone white in appearance. Nearly the color of chalk with a slight gloss. The natural that you can buy is an off white near beige color. Sounds to me there was just a mislabeled cartridge. We are finding XYZ does not have the best quality control. Most likely the packager for their filament is just as bad.

Hello,
I bought a white filament cartridge from newegg. Yesterday, I finished the furnished white 300g cartridge then installed the new 600g one and made a print.

At my surprise, the print made with the new filament was way less white and glossy. It even seemed "natural" to me and yellowish. Also, I think that it's melting point was a lower temperature according to my observation during the print.

The filament box was labeled as "white" so either it's inconsistency from their production, either it's a batch error or labeling error or it is their new type of filament... I don't know. I just know that it was uglier than their sample roll.

Do anyone ever experienced this issue with XYZ's filament ?

Thanks for any input.
