			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>ABS shouldn&#039;t be able to melt (or even soften) that far up into the break. I&#039;d bet something else is amiss, cooling airflow or heatsink/heatblock gap related.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Well, it would appear the PTFE tube had just the slightest gap which led to a small blob of ABS preventing extrusion. Cleared it out and all is well, for now.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>The heat break is fine. It wasn&#039;t damaged. I took great care using a much smaller bit, and only used it to grab the filament that was jammed. Plus, that wouldn&#039;t explain how it jammed the first time.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>PTFE is there. Filament is Zen Toolworks ABS. I&#039;ve measured it with calipers each time I calibrate, and it&#039;s pretty consistently close to 1.75</p>]]></content>

The shroud can be installed upside down just fine. 			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Did you soak the nozzle in acetone to be sure you got whatever debris out the first time?</p><p>You should never have to do anything to the heat break of an E3D, even with a clogged nozzle.</p><p>What filament? Have you checked the diameter with calipers? Anything much over 1.85mm will jam in the heatbreak.</p>]]></content>
