If you are running a dual extruder and are using both extruders in a print it will print a wall for each color
otherwise the filament will set in the nozzle to long and clog it.

Below is a print where I was using orange ABS in the left nozzle and Makerbot Dissolvable (HIPS) in the right
using the hips for support.

If your bed is warped and you use thin glass and use to strong of clip to hold it down the glass will warp to the bed contour..
I print on Kapton tape & wipe it down with Acetone  before i start every morning. about every 80 hrs I scuff the Kapton with 220 wet or dry paper. My parts will not let loose very easy. sometimes I have to let the printer cool over night for the ABS to release.

What really has helped me is going back to glass+uhu glue as well as throwing a blanket over the printer and resist the urge to constantly look at the print.  Also using a lower infill might help, but you should consider what you need the part to do (strength, durability)  in order to develop lowest possible infill.

I have also heard that many are building a wall 1 layer thick as tall as the part to keep hot plastic hot. I have not tried this however.

Just use Elmers glue Sticks not the UHU  stuff and set your bed to 110.

You can achieve this with Cura on stock firmware.

if your bed gets cool during printing your part will come loose. The heat actually makes ABS stick to the glass it is not just the glue alone.
