Notice how the thin parts are only over the empty space?<br />You might want to try it at 30% to 40% and see if that helps.</p><p>My <em>guess</em> is that with nothing underneath it to push against there is not any &quot;squish&quot; to spread the filament wide so the edges touch.</p>]]></content>

Unless you just want a rough quick print for sizing or something then you minimum top shell count should be two but really needs to be three. You bottom shell can get by on 2 but again three would give you better results.</p>]]></content>
