So far, these guys and gals have been running a campaign in which they have been pretty forthcoming answering questions. They appear to be focusing on releasing the base hardware into users' hands in March 2015, which is pretty darn fast compared to other KS projects recently (Flux? LOL). Their 3DP proofs were pretty good first-off. They have sourced and bought a significant portion of the hardware and indeed appear to have begun assembling the subsystems of the printer which already meet spec, which makes lots of nice warm-and-fuzzies for this investor. Their forum is lively, to be sure!
