Their printer line definitely fits your budget, and they are offering some interesting upgrades (laser cutter/engraver, dual heads later, etc).

Some things you have to ask yourself are:

How am I going to use it?  is it just as hobby or as potential product manufacturing?
How big of prints will I be making?
Can I wait until I have additional funds for a better machine?
How much time will I actually be able to spend printing on it?
What kind of support,(if any), will I get from the company I buy from?

I know there are a multitude of printer models out there.  Finding the right one can be pretty challenging.  But don't rush and buy the first one just because of limited funds.  Do research and plan ahead.
