Flow rate slider might work, but I think you'll have better results with the multiplier. Flow rate slider can cause extruder clicking if you aren't careful.

I know that I can wrap some tape around them to tighten them up. Somewhere I saw on here someone had a suggestion on how to print them so they would be tighter but  I can't  find it. Does anybody remember that?
