I guess reading some of the other posts made a "light go on". the front of the print platform (?) was too low. I am still out of calibration, but at least have three numbers!! Yeh! only 6 hours of playing with this and I am almost ready to print something.

I am so happy I found this site! I will have a lot of questions.

how do I get the last ERR message to go to a number value?
