It is a translated Taiwan site, it's possible there may be a block in place by your ISP due to a lot of spam and hacking attempts that region. You may have to try and see if you can order using a proxy.

I am trying to order a single extruder and print bed for the single extruder but every time I press the confirm button I get a 500 error. Anybody else having that problem?
