The printer has an LCD panel and button pad. Due to the way the cable wa routed many got damaged during shipping. It is a wide very flat cable. I will do some digging since I am a tech for a large company and see if I can source one. If the OP could post a photo of the connection on the LCD side it would help as I do not want to open mine up again.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Has anyone found a site to purchase the LCD ribbon cable that comes damaged from the factory.&nbsp; I am looking to sell my Da vinci and hopefully pick up the new DUO or all in one.&nbsp; I fixed the cable myself, but I want to replace it before selling it so its not a possible issue for the new owner once I sell it.&nbsp; I cannot seem to find the cable in the proper length. </p><p>thanks in advance.</p><p>Tim</p>]]></content>
