- I too would like to chime in on this one. Makergeek's has phenomenal service & support. I was a little confused when I received my order of 'Flex EcoPLA' labeled as 'Flex TPC', so I inquired about this. Joshua responded with some great incite on the material and also advised me on some safer printing practices. Another benefit was that the responses were all within the same day, I didn't have to wait a whole day to hear back like some other suppliers I've communicated with.

I do a short review of the 'Flex EcoPLA' material HERE: goc3d.blogspot.com/2014/11/3d-printing-filament-basic-review.html

I have some tips on keeping it adhered to the bed HERE: goc3d.blogspot.com/2014/11/3d-printing-tips-strength-accuracy.html

I ordered some polyplus pla from them but after a week it didn't show up. Normally it's just a few days. I emailed Joshua to inquire about the order status which he promptly replied back that it was backordered.

He asked if I wanted to wait or change my order. I chose to wait another week. It was still back ordered after the wait so I asked to change to the easyfil pla from formfutura. Within an hour he had my order shipped, and put two day priority on top of it.

I definitely recommend makergeeks if you don't make your own filament. I wouldn't have personally minded the extra wait for my original filament but my customers were getting antsy.
