			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I&#039;ve had very good success with acetone on a paper towel. Then you rub it on scrap plastic until a light coating is on the paper towel. Add more acetone to the paper towel with the plastic residue, and wipe the bed with it. I can barely remove my prints, usually have to press the kapton down after as it pulls up a little. I have my bed temp at 110C</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Try the temp closer toward 240. I&#039;m not familiar with the Makerbot hotends or the placement of their thermistors, so use some caution when doing this.<br />The 40% should not be effecting this at all. And bed temp looks good.</p><p>Have you adjusted your Z tab? You want it to look like a fat, flat ribbon.<br />If this is still not working out, there are many alternative printing surfaces, BuildTak, PrintinZ, and a simple glass with hairspray as mentioned.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>What material are you printing with and what are the temps settings you are using?<br />Also, what is your current infill setting?</p><p>From the looks of it, you are a good candidate for glass and hairspray. I never could print directly onto kapton and always had that exact problem.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I have tried to print this twice and it keeps lifting off the bed and getting knocked off by the nozzle.<br />my print settings are 4 layers 40% infill<br />I have scuffed up the Kapton with 240 grit paper and wiped down with acetone.<br />is the infill and No. of layers causing the problem.<br /><span class="postimg"><img src="http://pipbc.com/images/bagclip1.jpg" alt="http://pipbc.com/images/bagclip1.jpg" /></span></p>]]></content>
