			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>After you cut your grid, and applied the ink in the grooves, you should lightly sand the surface.&nbsp; This will remove any raised edges around the newly cut grooves, and sharpen up the lines.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>You don&#039;t have to machine a grid, all you need to do is use a sharp blade (box cutter) and make a couple of passes.&nbsp; The first pass with the cutting edge, the second with the back of the blade (to enlarge the width of the groove), then use a permanent ink pen to fill the groove.&nbsp; After that, you can cover it with Kapton.</p><p>The depth of the groove will not be near enough to affect the rigidity of the aluminum bed.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Is their a way to put a permanent grid pattern on an existing heat bed?<br />I print on Kapton tape. I thaught about machining a grid pattern into the aluminum <br />but it would cause the bed to warp when heated.</p>]]></content>
