There is a bit confusion over the extruder modies for the E3D now that the v6 is out.
MK5 body is acceptable for the E3D v5. The MK6 is specifically for the E3D v6...although many still call the MK6 the MK5. It can get confusing in conversation. This is the v6 body. Do not go trying to hunt down v5 hotends because:
1) They are no longer being made
2) You want the v6 since it is smaller which will be crucial when modding for dual extrusion.

Power supply question: nope. With a RUMBA, you have everything you need with a PSU elmoret gave. You will also have 2 ports for fans which you can splice into to share your E motor fan with the E3D fan per port....or just have them run off an alternate PSU like I did.

since Solidoodle has become a field of dreams. I need all you master Modifiers of SD 3D printers to help me gather a shopping list of how to turn my SD2 into a 6x6x6 version of what the workbench apprentice was hiped up to be. need a duel E3d type extruder carriage with fan mounts for cooling extruders and filament motor also fans for extruder tip for PLA and bridges etc. then film bed heaters (correct watts/temps) motherboard to run all this without needing soldered etc. I already have vapor/fume removal fan. looks like I will be scrapping my $200 "deluxe case inclosure" for a home made plexi cover with easy removal of panels for access when needed while also covering Filament rolls in use to help keep them dry. the newest hotends are 1/3rd size of old SD2 hotend and can be used for all popular plastics even exotics. new mother boards have everything including micro SD card slot for computer free printing.

OH also need compact power supply of 400-500 watts that can either hang on rear of printer next to mother board with cooling fans for both. or inside bottom left out of way if possible.

anything Im missing?

sounds just like what SD promised nearly then some. bet I can do all this for under the lowest price of the Apprentice also.
then add the scanner kit posted on this forum, Filastruder and regrinder and still be under workbench price just smaller build area which is all I need for my needs.

I dont think 3D printing has gotten fast enough or fine enough detail to need the large build plates yet. I dont intend to let my printer run for days on end just to print a plastic item, especially when most such items can be bought retail from injector/blowmold manufacturers for pennys compared to that time, material, electric use.
