There's two terminals for the thermocouple on the PID unit, they should be labeled as such. Pins 7 and 8 on the Mypin controller, mind the polarity though.

I'm confused though - if you have an assembled unit, wasn't the thermocouple connector already installed? If you're asking because you disassembled it, then why not just put it back where you found it?

It has two pins that cannot be screwed into the terminals. Maybe I need to have so many posts to post a photo.
