			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>First thing is to ensure your E3d is mounted securely and can&#039;t slide up and down in the mount.&nbsp; <br />Second would be to make sure the Teflon blocks on rear X-axis rod don&#039;t have a bunch of extra play.<br />Third and most important would be to eliminate that terrible Moire that you have via adjustment of the extruder VREF <img src="https://www.soliforum.com/img/smilies/wink.png" width="15" height="15" alt="wink" /><br />I know you said you&#039;ve already done that but it wouldn&#039;t hurt to try again.&nbsp; Start a print and adjust it until you get back to your nice straight lines you are used to.</p>]]></content>

			<title type="html"><![CDATA[Solidoodle 2 Wavey/ blobby prints]]></title>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Hi all,<br />Recently my Solidoodle has been printing some wavy lines. It seems to be doing this on both X and Y, so I don&#039;t think it&#039;s either of these steppers (It&#039;d be unlikely for both to be messed up, right?) . I don&#039;t think it&#039;s over-extruding, as I&#039;ve calibrated the extrusion rate, and infills are nice. I&#039;ve also calibrated and checked Vrefs on all motors, and cleaned and rebuild my extruder (E3D v5). And so I&#039;m stumped on where to go from here.</p><p>Attached files,<br />Third one shows a nice old print. All straight and cool.<br />Second and first show the problem. Wavey wavey. </p><p>Any ideas chaps?</p>]]></content>
