			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Just the one you shipped it with running as per instructions.<br />Hmmmm, I&#039;ll see what happens tomorrow when I have the time to run it for the whole day, and do some test printing etc.<br />I&#039;m really not bothered so long as it works and in reality I&#039;m sure the Bulldog will handle smaller diameter pretty well.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Which fan are you using currently?</p><p>1.5mm will probably print and feed ok though. You could also go to a 2mm hole in the nozzle. I drilled it to 1.75 for you IIRC.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Ironic that I&#039;ve had far more items made in the US die on me than items made in China... Bias is a strong influence it seems. Except for screws. Chinese screws suck.</p><p>Thanks Tim, you were quite correct, solved the leaking.<br />Onto the next dumb question, what extrusion speed should I expect at around 145 degree&#039;s C for PLA? Having a tad of a problem with speed vs diameter it seems.<br />Anything under 150 the extrusion rate slows down and anything over 155 the diameter shrinks to about 1.5mm.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I inspect nozzles and couplings before shipment. Not once have I identified a crack or defect, not once has a customer reported one. </p><p>Both parts are sourced from US suppliers that are very well known.</p>]]></content>

How much experience do you have swapping nozzles on it?</p></blockquote></div><p>no but have threaded and installed more pipe and fittings than all the MM of filament you have extruded so think I know if that can be an issue with even a low pressure leak under 1/2lb PSI much less high temp/pressure and if the pipe or fitting was made in China the odds are 10x greater due to poor material/workmanship</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>One thing I&#039;ve done is tip it back on the motor so that gravity pulls the hot plastic towards the hopper instead of letting it get on the threads, you could try that.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>You could have still gotten plastic in the threads. PLA likes to flow into the threads pretty easily. If you tightened it wihe hot it should have sealed ok though.</p>]]></content>
