a tricky print
you will need support and brim (or raft)

this one was sliced with Kissslicer with :

layer_thickness_mm = 0.2
skin_thickness_mm = 1
2 perimeters (loop)

support set to medium and 45°

then the gcode was used in Repetier with the feedrate slider around 70% of the speed (with little details like the axes, low speed is better )
heat bed set to 95°C
head set to 195°C
i used green `glow in the dark` for this case.. (lot of this filament, and no more white in stock )
ang glass bed with kapton
