Hi again,
I am trying to run version 1.02 on my second computer which is a Dell Workstation with the intel and Nvida chips. I can not get it to work. It loads ok says that it connects to my printer. But I can not get the software to do anything. The software also runs sluggish. I click on an option and wait, wait, wait for it to update my selection. I wanted to use it for manually heating the bed. I was able to get the software to work on my AMD/ATI PC. As for the bed heating issue not the crashing issue. I just updated my printer's firmware, could that be the problem?
I really need a fix/help on this issue, please. Right now I have a print stuck to my bed and I want to heat the bed to see if I can get it off.

Thanks,
John

John, I could be wrong here (someone else please correct me if I am), but I think that XYZ Ware open mod project is somewhat dead (meaning not really supported by the original author), I played around with it for a while and then went back to the stock software, I had issues with it working with the external slicer and other things I cannot remember at this time, but I never felt like it was worth the hassle to me and it is lacking instructions from what I found.
