I believe that I am experiencing the same issues that you may be (please correct me if I'm wrong). On the corners of my print, I get curling upward as if there is too much material being layed down. This is not an issue with the print separating from the bed, it sticks perfectly.

I've tried to correct this issue by reducing the multiplier (I'm using Slic3r). Unfortunately to reduce the amount of curling, I have to reduce the multiplier down to 75%, which then results in a print that has gaps in between the filament on each layer.

I'm going to try to try reducing the layer height to see if that has any effect.

Hi thanks for your reply! How would calibrating the bed again help if when sliced using XYZware the problem does not occur? I also don't really understand the suggestion to change what I cover the bed with - the print is not coming unstuck from the bed. Not disagreeing with your suggestion, I just don't understand the reasons behind them.

I think it seems to be a problem where the infill is covering the perimeter slightly, as you can see the lower layers are flat but then they start to creep up, not that I have any ideas to fix this at the moment!

I have been experimenting with Slic3r to generate my gcode which is then imported into the modified version of XYZware. I have been able to get some really nice quality, clean prints out of it but am suffering with the following issue. It's easily replicated on the Treefrog model (thingiverse thing:18479), and happens in the same place every time. I have tried varying speed and temperature, two types of filament. The problem does not occur when using XYZware to do the slicing but the quality of the print is then a lot lower.

If you look at the attached photo, it's like the laid down strip of ABS is pulling tight as it cools and turning so it's like \ rather than _. This seems to happen most on tight corners, but not 100% of them. Although as I said it is currently doing it without fail in the same place every time on the treefrog. It doesn't start pulling up until there are perhaps 6 or 7 layers down, and it is not separating from the bed.

Can anyone give me any pointers on settings to change? I have also attached my Slic3r config.
