			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I did exactly the same. i was getting 1.6 that was the drilled diameter.with 1.8 problem went away.</p><p>When its horizontal, swelling takes place making 1.6 turn into (what ever amount of swelling you get). Vertical also does swell, but gravity pulls filament down making the swell less of not go away completely.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Ah - I run horizontal. If vertical, you&#039;ll need at least .1, maybe .2mm more nozzle diameter to make the same size filament. </p><p>Go for a 1.8mm bit.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>You can absolutely drill it out. I drill them a bit undersize - for some setups and polymers, it comes out dead on 1.75mm. For others, it is undersized though 1.3-1.4 seems thin if this is ABS.</p><p>Anyway - its drilled to 1.58mm stock. I&#039;d say you need 1.8mm or so. Drill bits in 0.05mm increments are available from McMaster for $2/ea.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>So I am consistently getting 1.3-1.4 mm thickness. I am doing a vertical setup and tried temps from 180-190. Is it reccomended to drill out to a larger size? If so what size? I have tried searching here but to no avail.</p>]]></content>
