			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>A little lube on the right pulley and maybe some on the rods should fix that.&nbsp; Otherwise you have more serious problems with your motor than you thought.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Aze....</p><p>The bound up noise is primarily when the print carriage is going side to side from left to right.... <br />at 45 degree angles... no noise... front to back.... no noise... left to right... small movements... no noise<br />Left to right... large movements....ugh... makes me cringe!</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I just dealt with the Y squeak. <br />Loosen the belts a bit for sure. But when you say back and forth, do you mean left and right for the X, or fornt and back for the Y? <br />The squeak may be coming from the belt pulley on the right Y carriage.</p>]]></content>

I got the X axis motor working again....</p><p>Had to clip WAY down next to the motor and rewire...</p><p>It seems to be working now... but I am getting a terrible <br />squeak noise is in back and forth X axis movement....<br />I am not sure if I have the tension for the belts back right...</p><p>Suggestions????</p><p>Matt</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I&#039;d just clip up by the motor and hope it isn&#039;t any higher.&nbsp; Than just re-wire either way your just getting by until your new motor arrives.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Ward....</p><p>After using a multimeter...&nbsp; I found that I had connection/resistance fine on blue &amp; red (multimeter drop from 1 to 0)<br />but on the remaining wires... green &amp; black... nothing... from what I read somewhere else, they should act in pairs????? correct????&nbsp; So if nothing on black &amp; Green... that would indicated a broken internal wire on one of those????</p><p>How do I know which?&nbsp; And how do I fix?&nbsp; I assume I can not take the motor apart to get at the solder point internally,<br />do I just clip wire near plug and continue to clip and test until I get connectivity?&nbsp; Or clip near motor and just rewire to plug?</p><p>Never had to rewire a stepper motor before....</p><p>Cujo</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Before you jump to conclusions have you checked the wiring?&nbsp; An internal break in the wires is not uncommon.&nbsp; Other wise check my topics and I address replacement x-axis motors.&nbsp; I&#039;d post a link but on my phone.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Ok....</p><br /><p>Tried 2 things... First removed the drive belt from the x-axis and let the motor run by itself without<br />the belt interferring.... still acted wonky....</p><p>Removed the Y axis plug on back (which seems to be working correct and smoothly)<br />and switched it for x plug and tried again... motor still acted dumb....</p><br /><p>So with this can I assume that I have a frakked x-axis drive motor?</p><p>If so... what do recommend for replacement?&nbsp; Who makes it... how much... and how fast can I get it here???</p><p>Thanks all!</p><p>Cujo</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Afternoon folks....</p><p>Working along trying to meet some printing deadlines and <br />was adjusting my Z stop and leveling my bed as a check after<br />a print....</p><p>Then my x axis starts acting all weird.... almost like it is bound up.<br />However if I deactivate the motors and slide it with my hand it moves<br />fine... belts seem to be tensioned correctly... so?????</p><p>If I go into jog area and try jogging it on direction... sometimes it<br />moves to the right direction... other times not... not sure what <br />is going on....</p><p>Wondering if I should shut everything down and do a cold boot....</p><p>HELP!</p><p>Cujo</p>]]></content>
