Nozzle diameter definitely needs to be .35 but the filament diameter needs to be the actual diameter of your filament, 1.75 is a good baseline but you should use a pair of digital calipers and check the filament in a couple different places and average your result together to get a better number. Your layer height should be .1mm (this is why its a .1mm profile) and your extrusion widths should all be .42mm as well. I think you are using a default profile that will not work with the solidoodle.

It looks like you aren't actually using the .1mm solidoodle profile when you slice in repetier-host. Make sure the dropdowns in Repetier-Host slice tab are correct (Should say something like 'Solidoodle .1mm'). When you hit the 'Configure' button to open up slic3r, it will actually open slic3r preferences with whatever profiles you were editing last, so if you need to make changes be sure to once again select the correct slic3r profile from the dropdowns.

If that is confusing, post some screenshots of your Repetier-Host Slicer tab and another of your slic3r after you click the configure button. That information can help us narrow down what is happened.
