The motor twist the extruder to the point of deforming. I really need to replace these three part : 1) the feed screw, 2) the hollow pipe, &amp; 3) both of the flange. Can you help me with the detailed specification for this three parts, or can i purchase these part from you?</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>That doesn&#039;t make any sense. In order for that to be true, one barrel and two flanges would all have to randomly be reverse threaded. I do not believe this to be possible - not a single other customer has described what you believe to be true. The odds of all three parts being randomly reverse threaded from the factory.... I&#039;m more likely to win the lottery tomorrow. It is much more likely that you misunderstood part of the instructions.</p><p>I also do not see how the amount of material in the hopper would affect this?? Nothing you&#039;re saying makes any sense!</p><p>Can you post some photos of your setup?</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I guess i&#039;m not your lucky customer. That flange (two/both of them) tighten counter-clockwise with my hollow pipe. So when the gear motor turns (clockwise), it loosen whatever effort i have spent during assembly.&nbsp; Except if manage to sit on my extruder and control the flow of material (the plastic pellets) all the time, to make it in between maximum full and almost empty. Well, this is not acceptable. Can you give me the exact size and specification for these parts (and their name) and their thread size :</p><p>a. That flange<br />b. the hollow pipe</p><p>So may be i can shop again myself, unless you would like to send a replacement through international shipment. This is a flange:</p><p><span class="postimg"><img src="http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41w2XmoRFsL._AA220_.jpg" alt="http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41w2XmoRFsL._AA220_.jpg" /></span></p><p>All parts are standard NPT thread. They all tighten the same direction. If you don&#039;t tighten it enough during assembly, the gear motor will happily tighten it for you.</p><p>I actually lucked out that NPT thread goes the direction it does, or I&#039;d have to spot weld all of my kits.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>It&#039;s really hard to understand what you&#039;re asking, there seems to be some language issues. </p><p>If tightened properly during assembly, and given time to preheat before turning on the motor, the nipple/barrel will not rotate during use. I have over 1500 hours of experience to back this up.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Greetings,</p><p>I wonder, what if the internal thread which fits with the external thread of the flange is tighten in the same direction where the motor is turning the feed screw? Is it a technical supply issues or a design issues?</p><p>Judging from the frame design, even when 4 nuts and bolts which holds the 2 nipple together is tight and strong, when the flange (things that look like a pipe which the feed screw is inserted) is tighten with the nipple against the direction of the motor turns, when the motor turns (while plastic is not molten), the whole extruder part will also rotate (no part of the frame that is holding the extruder part anymore from being loosen-except the internal nipple thread). </p><p>Even the precautions is to wait for 180 degree so plastic is surely melting before operating the motor &amp; to never let it run unattended, I consider this design can give a lot of mess.. Because, if the extruder is running unattended, it will exhaust plastic pellets inside, and somehow unsteady supply of plastic pellets trigger the turning of the extruder... (even when it is still hot at 170-180 degree celsius). </p><p>I guess this will happen even if someone is using a steel frame and a welded nuts and bolts for a stronger frame. I hope someone can respond to this message. </p><p>best regards..</p>]]></content>
