I am not certain if it is from moisture or melt fracture. Have you tried drying the pellets? What resin ID?

I have the issue that the surface of my ABS I bought from and injection molding company gets really rough when I extrude it over 175C. Its not really a problem it just looks weird.

I assume its an issue with that particular type of plastic, but I wanted to ask if anyone else has seen a similar thing with their extrusion.
