			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I&#039;ve printed this one before and I recommend trying 5 shells, no infill and a 2-4mm brimm. I would also uncheck &#039;Randomize starting points&#039; in Print Settings.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Doing <a href="http://wiki.solidoodle.com/printable-fan-mount-and-duct">Ian&#039;s fanmod </a>is the best way to help stop droops on the overhangs. I havent yet done that so I normally just turn the extruder temp down a bit so that the layer cools quicker.&nbsp; Be careful though, if you turn it down to low for your filament then you will see some skipping.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Here&#039;s a few pictures of a cylinder test I did, my circles are in fact coming out a little ovally.&nbsp; Do I need to tighten one of my belts?</p><p>Also switch to the glass bed because I&#039;m assuming my bed is warped, couldn&#039;t for the life of me get it level without it.&nbsp; Loving the ability to switch out platforms.</p>]]></content>

I didnt like the first design..they were way too big and unreliable to print.</p><br /><p>When I printed these I screwed them on while still hot to create the bolt threads.&nbsp; Then I backed them off, put a drop of glue in the hole, and screwed them back on.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>What was your bed temp set at?&nbsp; I&#039;ve seen this on some of my prints when I set the bed temp too high...&nbsp; The layers smoosh down as they haven&#039;t cooled enough causing the center to push down and warping the print.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>They were too tight, and I didn&#039;t know what size of allen wrench was needed to grab the top.&nbsp; I got it to fit now, I actually took something to loosen up the inside, and stripped it out til it fit.</p><p>What can I do to clean my prints up?&nbsp; Probably need to actually level my bed, which I&#039;ll do as soon as my current print finishes.</p><p>Other than that, I bought a bolt to put on my Z axis, so I&#039;ll need to do that and get the parts printed as well.</p><p>Last thing I can think of is durring the printing process on the thumbscrew, it looks like the sides are warping upwards.&nbsp; Any ideas on that?</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I found the thumbscrews impossible to print without a fan, because those overhanging perimeters would curl up so much when they cooled the nozzle would bump them and knock them off.&nbsp; You can try pointing a small fan in during the print, with as gentle a breeze as you can get.&nbsp; Another thing you can try is setting the nozzle diameter in Slic3r to something larger, like maybe .39.&nbsp; &nbsp;This will make it space the threads a little wider, so those overhanging perimeters don&#039;t have as much support.&nbsp; Then that upward curl might be counteracted a bit by gravity.&nbsp; That&#039;s the theory anyway, I&#039;m not sure how it will work.&nbsp; &nbsp;A fan is your best bet.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>About what my first thumbscrews looked like.&nbsp; They still fit so they remain on the printer.&nbsp; Not sure why yours don&#039;t fit, unless you think they&#039;re too tight.&nbsp; If so, try to screw them in anyway, it may just need to be threaded by the bolt to start them.&nbsp; If they&#039;re too loose, did you change the scale?</p>]]></content>
