I don't really have many guesses though, as I never had much problem with circles and the pillow removed whatever I had.

Circles still up to -0.5mm diameter deviation]]>Any advice would be great. I've played around with belt tensions on x and y, Square dimensions are fine. The diameter is typically -0.4 across 11 o'clock to 5'o clock.
