			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>The cutout does not have to face straight up, so don&#039;t worry about that.</p><p>The barrel rotating indicates one of three things:</p><p>1.) insufficient temperature/plastic not melted<br />2.) improper assembly (steps 6 and 21 ignored, uprights placed too close together, resulting in thrust load pushing on the motor)<br />3.) possible jam/clog in the nozzle (very rare)</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Ah gotcha. So some torsion is normal. </p><p>It might be nice if there was a way to attach the nipple with a known amount of torque. Not sure how you could grab it with a torque wrench, but would be nice.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I can never tighten the barrel enough that the auger won&#039;t spin it the first time it is run.&nbsp; To try runs the risk of twisting the barrel.&nbsp; I just accept that the barrel will probably turn.&nbsp; Once it has turned 90 degrees, or close to it, I unbolt the flange, turn the whole front assembly back 90 degrees and bolt it back on.</p>]]></content>

			<title type="html"><![CDATA[Problem with Filastruder nipple rotation]]></title>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Hi folks,</p><p>Just got my filastruder working for the first time last night! I&#039;m pretty excited. I ran it for an hour, to start purging the contaminents. </p><p>However, the nipple started to rotate. Looking at things from the front (Facing towards the cap) the nipple + cap + insulation all rotated about 45 degrees clockwise.</p><p>Should I use some clamps and try to complete the rotation? Should I rotate it back? Should I leave as is? How do I avoid this rotation in the future?</p><p>Thank you!!</p>]]></content>
