I'm having the following issue:

After performing all the compiling and moving over the hex file to the Lincomatic HID bootloader. I hooked up my printrboard rev e and I was able to see the com ports on my device manager however when I apply the jumper and press the reset button I can no longer view any com ports. It completely disappears. Has anyone had this issue?

I included screenshots of my issue: DM1 when I initially hooked up my printrboard rev e. DM2 is after I applied the jumpers and pressed the reset button.
